These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ari Labs websites, apps, games, downloads, product pages, support channels, and related digital materials.
Use Of Ari Labs Products
Ari Labs grants users a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use published apps and games according to these terms, applicable app store terms, and any app-specific notices.
Google Play And Third-Party Stores
If an Ari Labs app is downloaded through Google Play or another app store, that store may apply additional terms, refund rules, account requirements, payment rules, and platform policies.
User Content And App Data
Some Ari Labs apps may let users create local content such as notes, countdowns, settings, saved progress, or game data. Users are responsible for the content they create and for keeping their own backups where needed. App-specific privacy policies explain how each app handles data.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse Ari Labs products, interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, remove ownership notices, redistribute restricted materials, or use the products in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Ari Labs owns the Ari Labs name, original product materials, original code, visual design, and documentation created by the studio. Some products may include third-party libraries, engines, fonts, or assets that remain governed by their own licenses.
Updates And Availability
Ari Labs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue products or features. Some apps may be beta, experimental, coming soon, platform-limited, ad-supported, or store-dependent.

Ari Labs products are provided as is and as available. Ari Labs does not guarantee that every product will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every personal or professional purpose.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ari Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Ari Labs products.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise for a specific user or transaction.
