In-Development App Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
Developer: Ari Labs
Contact: contact@arilab.co.in
This policy applies to Ari Labs apps and games that are shown on the website as beta, coming soon, in development, or pre-release. These projects are still being polished and reviewed before public store deployment.
Scope
This temporary policy covers development-stage product pages, screenshots, demos, and pre-release builds shared by Ari Labs. When an app is published publicly, Ari Labs may replace this shared policy with an app-specific privacy policy that describes the exact production build, permissions, SDKs, and data handling for that app.
Information Handled By Development Apps
Pre-release Ari Labs apps may use local app data needed for basic functionality, testing, preferences, reminders, gameplay, notes, progress, or similar app features. The exact behavior can vary by app and may change before release.
| Account required | No general Ari Labs account is required for the website product pages. Individual apps will state account requirements in their app-specific policy if account features are added. |
|---|---|
| Data stored on device | Some pre-release apps may store app-created content, preferences, progress, reminders, or settings locally on the user's device. |
| Data sent to Ari Labs servers | No general Ari Labs server collection is claimed for all development apps. Any production app that sends data to Ari Labs servers will disclose that in its app-specific policy. |
| Third-party services | Third-party SDKs, analytics, ads, crash reporting, or platform services will be reviewed per app before release and documented in the app-specific policy where applicable. |
| Data shared with third parties | Ari Labs does not use this temporary policy to claim final sharing behavior for every app. Final production behavior will be documented per app before public deployment. |
Permissions
Development apps may request permissions only when needed for app functionality, such as notifications, file access, calendar import, or other platform features. Permission use will be reviewed and documented in each production app's privacy policy before release.
How Information Is Used
- To provide core app features during development and testing.
- To support product polishing, bug fixing, and release preparation.
- To respond to user feedback, support requests, or beta interest sent to Ari Labs.
Data Retention And Deletion
Local app data can usually be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. If a production app later includes cloud, account, or server-side features, its app-specific policy will explain retention and deletion options.
Children
Ari Labs development apps are not intended to collect personal information from children. If an app is designed for a younger audience in the future, it will receive a separate privacy review before release.
Changes To This Policy
Ari Labs may update this temporary policy as apps move from development to release. Individual app policies may replace this page for deployed apps.
